Hi! My name is Shanena Shakes, and I am the Owner of Above and Beyond Staffing. With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry — including a decade as a Hotel General Manager — I developed a deep understanding of what it takes to build high-performing teams. I’ve spent my career hiring individuals who are willing to go above and beyond for both clients and their organizations, and that commitment to excellence is the foundation of my agency.
We take a personalized, relationship-driven approach to job placement.
